Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Partners need to have a shop
• Partners must comply with all applicable BC, KYC, and RBI/NPCI regulatory guidelines

Money Kendra provides digital financial and value added services (VAS) including but not limited to:

• Digital payments & cash withdrawal services
• Wallet-based transactions
• Utility bill payments, recharges, and other value-added services
• Services may vary based on regulatory approval and partner availability

Partner agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Follow RBI/NPCI, banking, and BC guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities like cheating, money laundering etc.

Completion of KYC is mandatory

• Money Kendra reserves the right to request additional documents, transaction proof of the performed transactions
• Non-compliance may result in service restriction or account suspension

• Service fees or charges will be applicable as per the company policy
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice
• Taxes and any govt. charges shall be borne by the partner

• Money Kendra acts as a technology service provider
• Transaction success depends on banks, networks, and third-party systems
• We are not liable for delays or failures beyond our control

Money Kendra reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance, fraud, or misuse
• Reverse or hold transaction amounts if suspicious activity is detected or not adhering the BC/regulatory guidelines

Money Kendra shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Unauthorized access due to Partner negligence
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the partner
• Cybercrime/Digital fraud

• All content, logos, trademarks, and software belonging to Money Kendra (Powered by PayWalk Technologies Pvt Ltd) may not be used without prior written permission.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi

• Money Kendra may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.
